Who is this for?
The QNUK Level 3 Award for First Responders course is aimed at those that require a more advanced level of first aid knowledge. Typical learners include security operatives, construction and industrial first aiders looking to add to the standard first aid qualification.
The First Responders course meets the requirements for the SIA and is therefore popular with security personnel, other attendees include industrial first aiders, event first aiders/ first responders and those working in high risk environments.
Pre-Requisites:
This qualification is available to those over 18 years. Learners should be at least a level 2 numeracy and literacy or equivalent. Learners are recommended to have previous competence in first aid.
Due to the language of the assessment, it is recommended that learners have sufficient command of the English language in order to understand the assessment and to undertake the recommended assessment methods.
